At The High Vibe Conscious Coach, I offer two options right now:

Intimate 1-on-1 coaching for soulful individuals who want to overcome and rewire their subconscious landscape, discover their higher passion & purpose, and create a life of joy and abundance.

Group coaching for individuals who deeply desire to reclaim their emotional sovereignty, create energetic alignment, and set healthy boundaries for lifelong fulfillment.

Conscious Emotional Sovereignty is a state of being that I like to define as having highly developed levels of awareness and control over our emotions, thoughts, and reactions. I guide my 1-on-1 and group clients to navigate and manage their emotional landscape through autonomy, ownership, authenticity, boundaries, clearing beliefs, empowerment, and integration.

I feel as though I’ve lived many lifetimes in my 35 years, so I have many areas of study and experience! My expertise lies in my healing & use/knowledge of:

If you live outside of a 10-mile radius of Springfield, then our coaching sessions will be either by phone or virtually.
